Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Beginner Programs

House (Snowbelt)

We have established the following refund policy for the upcoming Valley Youth Hockey season: Until October 15th: Full refund October 16th - October 31st: 75% refund November 1st - November 15th: 50% refund November 16th - November 30th: 25% refund After November 30th - No Refund Refunds will be issued based on the date the request is received. Parents or guardians must submit their refund requests to the board in writing.

Youth & Girls Travel

This registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of registration.

YOUTH SUMMER LEAGUE 3v3

100% prior to the start of the league. Once the league starts there are no refunds.
